AI processing

When enabled, questions, practical reflections, optional food photos and the relevant lesson context are sent to the configured OpenAI API for tutoring, planning or assessment. API response storage is requested as disabled. Do not submit names, contact details, client information or other unnecessary personal data in cooking notes.

Dish images and curriculum operations

Academy managers can send dish titles, recipe data and non-personal curriculum material to generate images, lessons, quizzes and quality-review proposals.

Nutrition and safety

Generated nutrition is an estimate and generated guidance is educational. It does not replace medical, allergy, regulatory or professional food-safety advice.

Access and deletion

Authorized site administrators can access records required to operate and review the academy. WordPress privacy export and erasure requests should be handled under the site’s published privacy policy and applicable law.
